We love uploading our tax documents and having our questions answered remotely. In addition, our Tax Returns are Professionally prepared and sent in for us. Our only responsibility is to upload any and all documents needed for filing our return. There is absolutely zero customer service. Karen refuses to return emails and/or calls regarding questions about MY PERSONAL taxes. The girls that answer the phone are rude and very unprofessional. From Karens mouth.. "if clients make me mad I have them audited". And this business is not accredited with the. B.B.B. WATCH OUT
