The people are nice until they hear something they don't like. Was told there was a limit of children I could claim and that I couldn't put certain stuff in my taxes when I was asked by my previous one to bring everything I did my taxes and wasn't even asked if I went to school to put in my taxes. Was not asked a lot, than i was threatened by the guy in the curly hair to be audited by the IRS because I was trying to put down other stuff that apparently I was not supposed to, which is why I pay someone to do them because I am not well knowledgeable to do it on my own .Also, it was disrespected because I refused to pay them, haha . I didn't feel safe doing them with them, so I said thank you and will never go there or recommend it. But if it works for you, go for it. My opinion they could have been more professional.

I have been trying to get the ITIN number for my daughter for 2 years already and they were filling completely wrong the application. I had to go directly to IRS to ask about why it was always rejected and basically the IRS agent told me that this place were telling me lies about what they really need. Don't go this place if you don't want all your taxes mess it out. He Intentado obtener el número ITIN de mi hija por más de 2 y ellos estuvieron llenando la aplicación de forma incorrecta. Tuve que ir al IRS directamente para preguntar por qué me lo negaban y básicamente el agente me dijo que me habían tenido con puras mentiras. No vayan a este lugar si no quieren que les hagan un desastre con sus taxes.
