I highly recommend this business! Preston and his entire team are so reliable, communicative and professional. I enjoyed working with Preston so much I hired Panda to do my bookkeeping and payroll for my small business. Everyone on his team responds so quickly which is a very rare trait in his industry, especially during tax season. I am not very savvy when it comes to taxes but Preston never judges me for not having all of my ducks in a row or making mistakes. If you need an accountant, bookkeeper, or payroll help look no further! I am a client for life!

I had received an IRS bill that was very high. It turns out my taxes were off from my previous accountant in 2021. I was no longer able to work with my previous accountant and contacted Panda. Matt was so kind and listened. I was very anxious. No one wants to owe the IRS! He was attentive and even suggested I contact my old account first. He didnt just want my money and that stuck with me. My old accountant refused to help me and Matt went right to work. He even checked in. I was a one time customer. My IRS bill was lowered and I am so grateful.

Im in the process of looking for an accountant for my tax filings and general tax questions. I called to see if I can set up a meeting to get to know the firm in hopes of beginning a long term relationship but i was told the initial conversation with a partner was $150 for 30 minutes. I told them that other firms will do a quick first meeting for free and she says no one gives tax advice for me. I made it clear I was just going for a conversation before I commit to working with them but she didnt budge. Im not sure how they gain customers if a casual conversation is charged at those ridiculous rates.
