Reached out to Angela @Synergy Flagstaff for her services. She said she was available. Immediately gave her access to my financials. No questions asked. Got a quote, which did seem a bit high that she charges more than an attorney even though she is not a CPA. Did what she needed as far as "personal clean up work", called and got her assistant who gave her the message that I called, week later no answer, emailed Angela to see what was going on and no response. Moved on with a great CPA who was happy to have my business rather than being treated like one should be happy to have their business. Love local Flagstaff businesses, and wish I could say the same for this company so unfortunately I will have to give them a 1 ⭐️

Very easy to work with and communicative. A great place for many services I find challenging as a small business owner. I’m not good at taxes and all that is involved with staying in compliance. Would recommend to people in similar situation.

I’ve been working with Angela now for a few years since my old Accountant retired and referred me to her . Super easy and friendly person to deal with , especially being a small business in town it’s great to deal with a local accountant that understands Flagstaff and its Businesses. If you can ADD or SUBTRACT!!! I STRONGLY recommend going anywhere else! The interns (yes interns) they use for tax preparation‘s have made glaring mistakes the last two years! I am now paying for another firm to go over my personal and business taxes. If they return your call, you get nothing but excuses!!!!
