I have been doing my taxes with Sun for 5 or 6 years (maybe more) and have always had a good experience. I take my whole family (me and my 3 boys) this place is so amazing and helpful.. I always feel like I'm in and out. Yet.. I never feel rushed. Im writing my review because of my last visit.. (ive always been happy with them but my last visit went over and beyond my expectations) I saw Adrian (I believe).. after imputing all my tax information.. I owed money.. and a lot of it.. (it was a simple tax.. married and working) before he had me sign and file .. he started asking me more questions.. he found that I was in school and had student loans.. i didn't have any tax forms from the school (and had no idea it could be used for taxes) He asked me to login my school site .. and told me places to look for my tax forms.. i couldn't find them anywhere (i started stressing as I couldn't find them and I was taking more of his time) finally he asked to see my phone and started looking himself.. HE FOUND THE FORMS!! After he input this information my owed amount went down enough were my state taxes covered the cost!! I really couldn't be more thankful for Adrian going the extra mile!! This was more than just saving me all kinds of money!! This was about the fact he cared enough not to just sign and submit .. it was about him asking the extra questions (as I knew nothing about) Thank you so so much for all your extra help!!

Would give "0" stars if I could. After using them for 5+ years, I will no longer use their services. Cameron wanted to charge me $25/year for electronic copies of my tax filings for 2022 and 2023. I guess it is one more way to make a quick buck when it is no longer tax season. Time is money, I get it ... but $50 for an email with two attachments? Come to find out, I can get them for free from the IRS.

Sun Income Tax is not held to the high standard of professionalism they once were when owned by Jack. I have been a customer for 10 years now, and unfortunately, this will be my last. For two consecutive years now, I have shown up for my appointment and Cameron was not present. When I walked in, I was immediately lied to by Denae stating that "Cameron is in traffic, but will be here in a few minutes". She must have texted Cameron, as a few minutes later she walked over to John's office and let him know that 'Cameron is in Carefree and is not coming into the office today". John then approached me and also lied (as if I was not sitting in the same office and could not hear them) stating that "Cameron was stuck in Carefree and won't be in time". Carefree is an hour away from Chandler. This was not a last minute oversight or "stuck in traffic" situation. It is clear that there is no respect or care for the customers time. Neither Cameron nor the office staff bothered to check the schedule for the day. No one reached out to me to let me know that Cameron could not make it to our appointment. No one did anything to try and make the situation right. What is the purpose of making an appointment weeks in advanced if you are not going to show? At MINIMUM, you or your office manager can have some common respect and decency to call your customer reschedule. Instead, I took time away from work and drove over to your office only to be lied to. I understand that life happens and we are all humans. But this is the second consecutive year that this has happened and is inexcusable. Update to your response: Please stop with the lying. "Instead of cancelling the appointment on you, he instructed John, a qualified Enrolled Agent, to sit with you and prepare your 1040 individual tax return to ensure your time was valued and cared for". If this was true, I would not have been told that Cameron was "stuck in traffic and was going to be a few minutes late". For heavens sake, I was sitting in your office overhearing these conversations! You did not instruct him to do this ahead of time "instead of cancelling my appointment". No one knew Cameron was not coming in until I stepped foot into the office and let them know of my appointment. If you all knew that Cameron had a change in scheduling, then call me and let me know. It takes 1 minute to make a phone call. Denea and John were sitting around laughing and chatting when I walked into the office. If a phone call to let me know of the change cannot be made, then I am unsure what the purpose of an office manager is. Stop with the lying, this is not a good look for you.

Rude and unprofessional! Client for over 20 years and always great service and professionalism with Jack! The same cannot be said for the New ownership, Chris and a preparer named Adrian. Bad experience with Adrian so I asked for another preparer at the time I made my appointment, weeks in advance. Chris said my taxes take too long and I can take documents and leave due to my attitude of asking for another tax preparer- John or Cameron. Complex taxes are exactly WHY I go to a tax professional. Too bad this was such a horrible interaction.

Adrian Zeledon is the best man for taxes. He is attentive, well-prepared, and always has his clients best interests at heart. His professionalism and efforts always exceed my expectations.

Worked with them for 5 years and everything was good until I had to interact with Chris. He was rude and unbelievably disrespectful. They also tried charging us a $100 total fee for just an email that, if we had been properly informed initially, would have been free anyway. Too bad he’s a such a problem because John has been a pleasure to work with.

This place is very professional, the staff are friendly and willing to hep you with whatever questions you might have. I had a great experience with Adrian I’d recommend him to anyone looking to get their taxes done!

Sun Income Tax has been my go to Tax facility my 2 years now. Adrian’s professionalism was very impressive. I had some problem with my taxes, trying to do them alone on TurboTax When I came to these gentlemen at income tax, they showed me what my ears were and benefits that I didn’t know I had. 100% would recommend.

Adrian helped me a ton this year with my taxes! He did his best to help me understand and save me whatever money he could! He is a very knowledgeable and professional tax advisor! I’ll be using his services for the foreseeable future! Definitely recommend!
