Poor communications, lack of response to tax inquiry and delayed responses and could never get Joe to call me back after several messages and lack of response to status on my taxes! Dropped off taxes on 3/22 and received them today with a large increase in fees without notice. Will not being going back to this firm after 6 years. The worst experience I have had in customer service, communication and lack of performance overall.

I've been seeing him now for about 5-6 years. Nice guy and very thorough. Have not had any flags or any issues with my taxes since I have been seeing him.

I highly recommend Joe and his services. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer your questions. He knows his business and knows the tax code very well. He is the utmost professional. I highly recommend Joe for any accounting or tax preparation needs you may have.
