No communication unless they want payment from you. They will not tell you about internal policy changes until the day of, even after discussing with them what your plan is. If you are looking to build a relationship with your accountant this is not the place to do it. Won’t be back next year.

Very easy to communicate with and very responsive. This year has been challenging and I think R&W has had to deal with the new normal, but seem to be responding admirably. This is my first time utilizing their services--so good so far.
