Not impressed. The employee who answered the phone seemed distracted and wasnt listening to what I said. Then said she would send me a referral to H&R Block. Thanks for wasting my time. I wish she had told me that 4 days earlier when I first inquired.

I get great fast service from Bassler and Redick CPA'S. Patty Paulson is awesome to work with. She is quick to help with any question I have. She is a professional I trust and would highly recommend her services. Over the last several years I have found Bassler and Redick CPAs'LLC service to be excellent at a reasonable price.

I contact Kort Redick to work on a proforma for my new business. 1 week later, she presented a very detailed and well thought out business plan with start-up budget, projections and monthly expenses vs income. Her promptness, hard work and willingness to go above and beyond is what is great about her firm.
