My first experience was my call on February 17, 2022, I was forwarded to a voice mail of Ryan Johns, who has not called me back as of February 22, 2022. I followed up with call on February 22, 2022, and requested to speak with another tax specialist, explaining my previous experience, and was only offered to leave a voice mail for another person. I am an Accountant that works in corporate, and has the maturity to understand that a timely return phone call, if only to set a future time and date is the responsible thing to do.
