I’m not going to name the exact person, but they did our taxes so wrong that we had to pay thousands in penalties. This person tried to send the amended form into IRS by fax, IRS never got it - but that’s because sending an amended tax return in by fax is not allowed. We had to go somewhere else and pay MORE money to get THEIR mess straightened out. So ultimately, in an economy where we needed every dollar we could get, my family with 3 young children got nothing, and shelled out on hefty penalties because we trusted them.

Been having my taxes prepared here since 2004. Absolutely the best! Ron is amazing. I won't use anyone else outside of his office.

Extremely rude! I was explaining my question, and the lady who answered the phone hung up on me mid sentence! This was a land line, you can hear the entire “Hanging up on your face” movement going on. This was not an “I pressed the button by mistake”, this was pure rudeness!

This was my first experience with this tax filing service. I was very comfortable with Mr. Jowers and his professional handling of my tax obligation. I look forward to his assistance again next year. I am extremely grateful a friend of mine recommended checking him out. I am so much pleased with their service over the tax filing giant H&R Block. 15 March 2023
