READ BEFORE USING. They are very nice people BUT In 2023 they forgot to file a major W2 of ours that was given to them, they admitted it was given to them and that they were at fault but that left us owing a significant amount to the IRS where as we would not have owed them anything. They agreed to pay the interest which was less than $100 when we received a notice that we owed close to $2000 because of this. 🙃 Then when 2024 rolled around we used them again because we thought, hey everyone makes mistakes, surely nothing like that will happen again... Well then they told us our return had been filed and then when I reached out a full 60 days later asking why it had never updated on the IRS website, they informed us they had forgotten to file it. Again they said this was a mistake in their part and they would file immediately and not charge us for their services because of this. Well wouldn't you know that because of their error the previous year with not filing that W2 caused the IRS to keep our entire return this year. They stopped even responding to me when i tried to talk to them about this. My boyfriend is Alex Morris, he had left a 5 star review back in 2023 on here (I think it's 2 or 3 reviews down from this) because we didn't know any better, now we do. I don't know what the problem is here but obviously it's a big one and we are suffering for it. Like i said they are very nice people BUT we will never ever use them or reccomend them to anyone again.

Great, they know what they are doing and get you the most they can for a great price. Will use every year
