Giving them one star is overating. Had my paperwork and lost it came up with excuses for 2 years straight. Blame me for not giving them paperwork but had proof that I did give it to them via email and text. I lost $10,000 worth of refunds because of them. I am grateful the internal revenue service is working with me and did not pursue me and will start investigating as to what's going on with their organization I am not the only one who has complained and they are fully aware of it. A prime example of who does not need to be in business. Extremely Unprofessional.

In 2013, I was doing business with an accountant at this firm. The accountant at the time misfiled my taxes and caused me to get audit. During the audit I was required to get legal representation which cost me thousands of dollars. After the audit I was required to pay close to $3k in taxes, which isn’t right because that was the year I started my business and I would have been in a loss due to money being put into the store. This firm said they would take care of it not screw me over.
