2024 Update Still coming to Sharon and Profitwise and am completely satisfied as always! Thanks Sharon! I was given Sharons information through a friend and my dealings thus far have been phenomenal. Initially for my father, a local buisness owner, she sat down w/ us and went over all his needs and buisness concerns. After which she explained several different options he had and exactly how each one was different and/or beneficial to him. He signed on immediately and walked out of our consult an hour later relieved and I at ease knowing he was in good hands. Sharon and the Profit Wise team have been handling his payroll, taxes, etc for several months now and are extremely happy w/ the results. After seeing how professional and meiticulous she had been, I moved my families personal taxes over to her as well and am extremely pleased. If your thinking of hiring a new CPA, finding one for the first time, or just not sure.. I highly recommend a consultation with Sharon before making a decision. They are awful with communication. I've called them around 8 times this year to check on status of my taxes I can never get ahold of the actual accountants. They never filed my taxes, and they won't even return my phone call!! They are quick to call when a bill is owed, but other than that good luck getting in touch with them. I even use their portal for messaging, and they won't respond in the portal either.

Ashleigh was an absolute blessing to me. Due to life events I became delinquent on several years of taxes. She was so kind and helpful through the whole entire process. Communication is terrible. They never filed our tax return which cost us 4,779.00 for failure to file! Did everything they could to make this our fault and it was not! Do not hire this company! They have caused so much stress and cost us so much money! Terrible!
