Poor communication skills 2 years in a row. Had to pay for extensions because they were too busy and lack the ability to communicate thoroughly.

We used this firm in 2021 for our 2020 taxes. They charged an exorbitant amount for their services—far more than we'd ever paid—and we had very little communication along the way. And our tax situation still turned out pretty dire after all that. Would NOT recommend.

I appreciated Roger Williams meeting with me to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of creating an LLC (under a partnership).

They have been our accounting firm since we opened our business in 2005. They always provide professional services delivered in a timely manner.
