Dropped off my forms in February. Paid for them to be done. Sat in office after work for hours a day just trying to talk to her so I could confirm the filing of my taxes. She had been paid for them to be done already. She told me I didn't need to sit in the office anymore. It is December. I now have a letter from the IRS. Do not go here unless you want your money stolen. Thinking of getting a lawyer for this.

I came here to just say, if you're reading these reviews look at when the 1-3 star reviews where done. Pretty much during all the COVID insanity and when everyone taxes were late because the way things were at the time. If you notice the 4-5 star reviews, those people's reviews have been using Parkway for several years. Take that into account before deciding on not using these ladies. That being said.... My husband and I have used Parkway taxes for almost 10 years now and we have always been satisfied with the ladies that work there. We bring our children, and the ladies love to see how much they grow each year. It's become a little tradition of ours. Would never us a large company (i.e H&R, Turbo ect.) again. This little place tucked away in Florence is the best! Highly recommend. The service is wonderful, they answer our questions and make things easy to understand. The job is done efficiently and timely.

Dropped off my taxes April 15. Not a word from them until I call May 13. Still haven’t gotten to my taxes. So, I picked up my paperwork and will NOT be back. Headed to H&R Block now.
