Lisa Watson has to be the rudest person I've ever dealt with. This company manages accounting for Golf Terrace Condos, Daphne, when I called to inquire about something as the former HOA board president felt that they could assist me,,,, she was so rude. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully Golf Terrace finds a new firm to manage their hoa dues.

I’ve heard great things about the firm and credentials are impressive. I was eager to meet with them but they charge $150 for a new client consultation. That’s like going to a job interview and charging the prospective employer for my time. They may very well be worth it, but I think it makes sense to evaluate other options first. Recognizing my ignorance as it relates to professional and what may be customary charges, I don’t consider it unreasonable to expect a professional to explain why I should do business with them instead if a competitor without having to pay a fee for the conversation.

I’m am extremely thankful for Byers Byers & Assoc. consistent public updates regarding the pandemic and how it affects clients, as individuals and businesses. BB updated on a daily basis as Washington worked through passing emergency bills for financial relief, tax extensions and countless modifications to say the least. Not only did BB update, but it was spelled out clearly in plan terms. With the constant flood of information in news and social media, it’s hard not to get overwhelmed. Thankful for the public service in which BB provided throughout these uncertain times.

They prepared our taxes. They put the wrong social on some paperwork but not all so the return got kicked back. I was able to get passed that. Once Re-submitted I followed up via email asking if they had re-mailed our amended return also. No response. Called after a month (now over 3 months after they initially did the return) and figure out that they had not mailed out amended return in the first place. Horrible communication and feel like just another customer that they could care less about.
