These people are incompetent my wife cashed in her 401 k and after a month and a half still has not received her check and they make more excuses each time we talk to them I don't even know how they are still in business

Tax preparation fees were 2x higher than with our previous accountant and there was more work on my side to prep information. After being paid, accountant was unresponsive to a small follow up request.
