Have used Partners Tax for several years with no issues. After my accountant retired, however, the new accountant misread a document leading to penalties and a large unexpected payment due. I understand mistakes happen but this was a clearly marked document that others at the firm noticed immediately. Aside from placing the blame equally on me (I’ve always simply turned in every document related to taxes), they merely offered a deduction for future use. Leaves a sour taste in my mouth for a longtime client to say the least.

these guys are the worst. they are slow, they overcharge, they refused to clean up the mess they made with my taxes :( i regularly get a new bill from the state for the one year i made the mistake of walking into this establishment. incompetent, and unwilling or unable to correct their very expensive mistakes

There was a slight mix up with our appointment and we were only minutes away when we received a call from the office attempting to cancel or reschedule our appointment. To our delight, Mark Cline, the Director of the company graciously helped us. He was kind and helped both my husband and I answer our questions. To make up for the confusion, he waived the fee. It was truly a God send because I resigned from my job so we could move here to be with family last November from California. And we are living on my husband's retirement. He assured us we were going to be fine. What a relief! We highly recommend this business to anyone with tax preparation and questions. A Roger Hartline from this business is also an affiliate of Dave Ramsey Solutions, another plus!

I went to Partners to get my return done for the second time on March 23rd of this year, (2021). I worked with Parker Hartline since Mark, the guy that prepared my 2020 return, evidently forgot that I had an appointment and was running way behind. Lots of time passes and I got a call from someone at Partners indicating that I was approching the adjusted deadline of May 15th. Obviously, something was bad wrong since it should have been filed on March 24th at the latest. They literally forgot to file my return which should have happened on March 23rd. So I went to their office and they knew what they had done but they tried to deceive me and led me to believe that my return had been filed when I had gone in in March of 2021. I was lied to while I am in the 3rd year of a divorce and can use every penny. If you like deception and lies, go on down to Partners tax service.
